Chains, brakes, wheels and bolts are checked before the first bike leaves the workshop. Not seasonal — daily, every day we open.

We work with Giant and Connor bikes, two brands we have known for years. If something happens on the route through normal use (puncture, chain off), we fix it at no cost and without debate.

Approved helmet in your size

The helmet is always included and costs zero. We have adult and kids models, with a fine adjustment system so it doesn’t move for the whole route.

They meet European standard EN 1078, same as any helmet you would buy in a bike shop. For the youngest we have kids helmets from XS.

The map is physical, on paper, folded, with kilometres marked, landmarks (Molina enclosure, reservoir, tunnels), water fountains, rest areas and restaurants along the route.

Before you set off we brief you face to face: where to stop for lunch, which tunnels have the best lighting, where the bear enclosure is halfway and which detours are worth it.

For punctures or mechanical issues (loose chain, brake, adjustment), you have technical support: we bring you a spare wheel or swap the bike wherever you are, at no cost.

If you have an accident between Entrago and Buyera, we also come to collect you with the transfer. All our rentals are insurance-backed. The transfer pickup is activated only on accident, not on breakdown.

Return transfer from Buyera

The Senda del Oso runs downhill: Entrago is at the top and Buyera at the end. The route is one-way and it makes little sense to pedal the 22 km uphill to get back.

We pick you, your companions and the bikes up and drive you back next to the car in Entrago. It’s one of the main reasons most customers come back.

What the rental doesn’t include

For full transparency, we also tell you what’s not in. Nothing weird, nothing we charge separately — just things each person brings or decides.

  • Food and drink

    We don’t pack picnic baskets. There are bars and restaurants along the way and picnic areas with tables.

  • Bike lock

    You don’t need one for the trail (we pick you up in Buyera), but if you want to lock it at a stop, that’s up to you.

  • Specific clothing or shoes

    Comfortable clothes and closed sports shoes work perfectly. No need for cycling kit.

  • Car parking

    Free parking next to our shop in Entrago, no restrictions — but you park the car yourself.

  • Late cancellation

    Up to 24 hours before, free. After that we try to fit you in another day with no penalty whenever possible.

Is the helmet charged separately?

No. The helmet is always included in the rental price, same for adults and kids. We have helmets in every size, certified to European standard EN 1078 and with a fine adjustment system. It’s mandatory by law for under-16s.

How much is the return transfer?

Zero. The transfer from Buyera to Entrago is included in any rental rate — it’s not an extra. Every hour from 13:00 to 18:00. We pick you, your companions and the bikes up.

What exactly does the insurance cover?

All our rentals are insurance-backed. It covers the rider and the occupants (kids, babies in the seat) and third-party damage from normal use. It doesn’t cover damage from negligent use, loss of gear or bike theft without a lock. For the exact cover detail, ask at booking.

What do I do if I puncture or have an accident on the route?

It depends. For punctures or mechanical issues (chain, brake) you have technical support: we bring a spare wheel or swap the bike at your location, at no cost. For accidents with people involved, we also come to collect you with the transfer. One call and we’re on it.

Is there a time limit for the transfer?

Every hour from 13:00 to 18:00. After 18:00 there’s no regular transfer — if you need a later pickup, let us know on booking to check availability.

Is there free parking in Entrago?

Yes. Free parking next to our shop at Polígono de Pradacón Nave 1, no restrictions and 5 metres from the start of the trail. No meter, no tickets, no time limit. Park and leave the car for the whole day.
